1Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful fee payment.
- Course access is non-transferable and valid only for the enrolled learner.
- Course structure, duration, and schedule are decided by the academy and may be updated when required.
2Fees & Payment Policy
- All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Fee payment must be completed in advance before course commencement.
3Attendance & Participation
- Regular attendance and active participation are the learner’s responsibility.
- Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be rescheduled or compensated.
- Repeated absenteeism may affect learning outcomes.
4Online Class Conduct
- Learners must join classes on time with proper internet connectivity.
- Respectful behaviour towards the trainer and fellow learners is mandatory.
- Any form of misconduct may lead to removal from the program without refund.
5Learning Outcomes
- Improvement in English communication may vary from learner to learner. It depends on individual effort and practice.
- The academy does not guarantee fluency, job placement, promotion, or exam success.
6Course Materials
- All study materials, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Hara Voice Academy.
- Materials are strictly for personal learning use only.
- Copying, sharing, recording, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
7Class Recordings
- Recorded sessions, if provided, are for revision purposes only.
- Recording of live classes by learners is strictly not allowed.
- The academy reserves the right to stop recordings at any time.
8Certification Policy
- Certificates are issued only upon successful course completion, attendance, and required participation.
- The academy reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of insufficient effort or attendance.
9Privacy & Data Protection
- Learner information is kept confidential and used only for academic and communication purposes.
- The academy will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
10Feedback & Testimonials
- The academy may use learner feedback for promotional purposes while maintaining privacy.
- Names or identities will be used only with learner consent.
11Right to Modify
- Hara Voice Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, policies, or terms at any time without prior notice.
12Termination of Access
- The academy reserves the right to terminate access in cases of:
- Policy violation
- Misconduct
- Non-cooperation
- No refund will be provided in such cases.
